Cat has over 20 years’ experience as an HR and Talent leader across the communications, management consulting and software industries. Her extensive knowledge spans change management, M&A, performance modeling, professional development, talent strategies, culture and employee engagement. She has held C-suite level global roles for the last 10 years and has a track record of helping companies define their talent strategies to meet their corporate goals. A member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, she frequently guest lectures at Georgetown, NYU and you can find her at TED conferences translating, holding brain dates or taking notes to share with everyone at the lectures, or she will be at 5ks, or traveling with her husband Gus and children Harrison and Olivia.

Darcie Peck has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance roles. In her most recent position, she was CFO of IMS Health Global Services and Consulting Division where she designed and implemented new compensation strategies, capacity modeling and talent acquisition planning which significantly improved the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Darcie also served as VP Financial Planning and Analysis in IMS Health Corporate headquarters and VP Finance and Investor Relations, leading the company’s formal investor relations and corporate communications program, and expanded analyst coverage and value investor interest.

Prior to IMS Health, Darcie has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis for a Fortune 100 company.

Carolyn J. Vadino is a Senior Consultant at Cheer Partners. A C-level advisor, she has more than 18 years of experience advising government officials to Fortune 500 companies on all aspects of delivering strategy and executing integrated programs to build brands, develop customer relationships and generate demand. She was most recently the chief communications officer and marketing leader for cybersecurity firm Stroz Friedberg and Aon Cyber Solutions. In this role Carolyn oversaw internal and external communications, brand positioning, and launched a high-impact media relations program, leading to its acquisition by Fortune 500 risk management firm Aon plc. She was also responsible for internal and change management communication during the integration.

Kristi Li has more than nine years’ experience as a global communications professional focused on digital strategy and content development with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofit and public sector organizations across healthcare, financial services, F&B, education, technology, arts & culture and public/social good in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.  Most recently working as a long-term consultant for Orbis, she has many years of agency experience including product launches, media relations, issues + crisis management, internal communications, employee engagement, changes management, M&A and investor relations.


Olivia Graham

Olivia graduated from Trinity College in May of 2017 with a Bachelors Degree in language studies, computer science, and economics. Before joining Cheer, Olivia was an Assistant Account Executive at Marina Maher Communications working across brand creative, diversity and inclusion and internal communications.  During her high school and college years, she worked in Product Development, Digital Marketing, Corporate Healthcare and more. Her passions, led by her personal convictions and extensive travel, lie in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion and Workplace culture. Olivia is also committed to social causes, and has been an active member of Just World International since 2008. On the weekends you can find Olivia traveling, cooking with friends, or with her corgi Koda.

Betsy Jacob has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and Training.   In her role at Sage Solutions, she works with organizations of all sizes to provide dedicated and seamless Human Resource solutions.  She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources serves on Board as College Relations/Young Professionals Co-Chair.   Prior to Sage Solutions, she worked at Clever Devices as a Human Resource Generalist

Betsy holds both SPHR and GPHR designations from the Human Resources Certification Institute as well as the SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resources.  She is currently finishing up her Masters in Human Resources/Labor Relations at NYIT.

Emily graduated Cum Laude from Trinity College in May 2017 with a degree in German Language and Creative Writing. She is originally from Baltimore, MD but has travelled extensively to gain a global understanding of service and culture. Her past experience lies extensively in writing, as well as sales. Emily is a people-person who strives to drive herself and others forward through meaningful relationships and powerful writing. She has strong content and communications experience, and recruiting experience.



Ali Frischman

Ali has over six years of experience in education as well as two years in corporate communications. Most recently, she managed day-to-day corporate and crisis digital communications for the world’s largest, most broadly based healthcare company. She also fostered relationships with their more than 275+ business units as well as conducted customized employee trainings. Ali has a proven track record of improving corporate reputation and client achievement and is especially passionate about learning and development. In her free time, you can find Ali striking up Spanish conversation with strangers.
