Cat Graham, has more than 20 years’ experience as an HR and Talent leader across the communications, management consulting and software industries. Her extensive knowledge spans change management, internal communications, D&I,  performance modeling, professional development, talent strategies, culture and employee engagement. She has held C-suite level global roles for the last 10 years and has a track record of helping companies define their talent strategies to meet their corporate goals. Graham is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, frequently guest lectures at Georgetown and NYU and is an active participant at TED conferences.

Darcie Peck has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance roles. In her most recent position, she was CFO of IMS Health Global Services and Consulting Division where she designed and implemented new compensation strategies, capacity modeling and talent acquisition planning which significantly improved the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Darcie also served as VP Financial Planning and Analysis in IMS Health Corporate headquarters and VP Finance and Investor Relations, leading the company’s formal investor relations and corporate communications program, and expanded analyst coverage and value investor interest. Prior to IMS Health, Darcie has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis for a Fortune 100 company.

Carrie Goldstein

Carrie Goldstein is Managing Director and Team Lead, Employee Communications. Prior to joining us at Cheer Partners, Carrie Goldstein was a Communications Director at Pfizer. Carrie led the strategy for Pfizer Essential Health’s Global Brands where she was responsible for developing the proactive communications and issues management approach for a portfolio of 350 brands. While at Pfizer, Carrie also led communications for the global Rare Disease portfolio. Some of her responsibilities included creating a Rare Disease social media presence, increasing colleague engagement through internal communications, supporting the Regional President of North America and supporting clinical asset and brand milestones, including launching a global communications toolkit for the emerging gene therapy platform.  Carrie has deep internal, external, content and communications strategy experience.

Carol Ready

Carol Ready is a communications marketing leader with more than 20 years of agency experience serving as the account team leader and strategic counselor for pharmaceutical clients ranging from corporate affairs to product communications and marketing. Most recently, Carol was a Senior Vice President within the Health practice of a global communications marketing firm where on behalf of a major pharmaceutical client, she led the cross-functional team launch of an educational campaign targeted to women, which won the PRSA 2017 Silver Anvil “Award of Excellence” in the Marketing, Consumer Products, Health Care category. An accomplished communications marketing executive, Carol has a reputation for delivering exceptional client service, and an expertise with developing impactful strategic and creative PR initiatives to reach both professional and consumer audiences. Carol is particularly adept at achieving successful PR outcomes by leading cross-functional teams that combine a mixture of social and traditional media relations, and interactions with important third parties, such as physicians, professional societies and patient advocacy organizations.

Olivia Graham

Associate Director, Employee Communications, Marketing lead

Olivia works across internal communications and diversity and inclusion clients for Cheer Partners, writing newsletters, supporting multi-channel content, developing editorial calendars and driving creative programming. Before joining Cheer, Olivia was at Marina Maher Communications working across brand creative, diversity and inclusion and internal communications. While at MMC, she worked on the J&J Diversity Initiative, specifically on social content, influencers and engagement strategies. She also worked on J&J Year of Purpose, driving strategy and content. Her internships at Aetna, Praytell Strategies and a software startup spanned roles across Product Development, Digital Marketing, Corporate Healthcare and HR Communications. Her passions, led by her personal convictions and extensive travel, lie in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion and Workplace culture.  Olivia graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor’s Degree in language studies, computer science, and economics, with a published thesis in Italian.

Betsy Jacob has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and Training.   In her role at Sage Solutions, she works with organizations of all sizes to provide dedicated and seamless Human Resource solutions.  She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources serves on Board as College Relations/Young Professionals Co-Chair.   Prior to Sage Solutions, she worked at Clever Devices as a Human Resource Generalist Betsy holds both SPHR and GPHR designations from the Human Resources Certification Institute as well as the SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resources.  She is currently finishing up her Masters in Human Resources/Labor Relations at NYIT.  

Emily Miller

Emily graduated Cum Laude from Trinity College in May 2017 with a degree in German Language and Creative Writing. She is originally from Baltimore, MD but has travelled extensively to gain a global understanding of service and culture. Her past experience lies extensively in writing, as well as sales. Emily is a people-person who strives to drive herself and others forward through meaningful relationships and powerful writing. She has strong content and communications experience, and recruiting experience.

Ali Frischman

Ali has over six years of experience in education as well as two years in public relations. Prior to joining Cheer Partners, she managed the day-to-day corporate and crisis digital communications for the world’s largest, most broadly based healthcare company. She also fostered relationships with their more than 275+ business units as well as conducted customized employee trainings. Ali has a proven track record of improving corporate reputation and client success and is especially passionate about learning and development. As the practice leader, Ali develops bespoke courses on topics such as leadership for adults, management effectiveness, how to give and receive feedback, time management, and more. In addition being a trained and active member of ATD (Association for Talent Development), Ali has completed extensive Executive Coaching training and mentors emerging trainers and coaches in the field.

In her free time, you can find Ali teaching night class to adults learning Spanish or striking up conversation with strangers.

Matthew graduated from Penn State University, Smeal College of Business, in May 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management. Before working with Cheer, Matthew worked at Atlantic Realty in New Jersey working on streamlining communications between managers, leasing agents and tenants. He led the companies social media initiatives to gain impactful brand insight. Matthew is firmly committed to helping improve the lives of those struggling with physical and mental health challenges. Inspired by his involvement with Penn State’s Alliance of Heroic Hearts, an organization with a mission to encourage, cheer and educate underprivileged, terminally ill and disabled children, all while dressed as superheroes! This earned him the endearing nickname, BatMatt. Currently, Matthew continues his dedication to helping others by volunteering with The Quell Foundation, an organization dedicated to lifting the stigma that surrounds mental illness and aims to normalize the conversation about mental health challenges. He also has a powerful passion for writing and has written his fantasy novel, which he hopes to one day have published.

Lisa works across the Talent & HR Advisory clients for Cheer Partners where she focuses on delivering top talent and HR communications. Lisa has over 12 years’ experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Her diverse background has ranged throughout many fields from Public Relations where she worked at firms, Cohn & Wolfe, Ruder Finn and recently Rubenstein Public Relations to Software Technology, Digital Media and more. She has worked across the board in a highly integrated corporate Global HR function and is a firm believer in communication, strategy and development when it comes to HR and Talent. Her focus has always been to find the right fit for the right role to help teams grow their talent. Prior to her HR and Talent experience, Lisa worked on an array of PR campaigns and accounts, handled communications and legislation and constituent outreach at City Hall, contracts and not-for-profit work.

Aidan Willner

Aidan graduated from Trinity College in May 2017 with a degree in English and Creative Writing. Aidan joins the Employee Communications team at Cheer Partners focusing on multi-channel content creation. Before Joining Cheer he was working on the Sales and Marketing team at Beyond Limits, an AI tech startup based in Glendale California. Aidan is a strong writer with marketing and research skills who will be leading Cheer Partners Social content team. Aidan is from Northern California and remains an avid Bay Area sports fan.

Jordan D’Angelo

Jordan is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in working in the employment agency and computer software industries. At the beginning of his career, Jordan was a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager specializing in placing candidates in Data Science, Analytics and Engineering positions for his clients. After being in the employment agency for over two years, he found himself making a transition into a internal recruitment position with a company called Talkwalker where he lead and recruited candidates for Talkwalker’s New York City and San Francisco office, building teams in the Sales, Customer Success, Partners and Solutions departments. He was also responsible for on boarding new employees and being the point person for supporting all Human Resources policies and procedures for the company. Before transitioning to his current role at Cheer Partners, Jordan led the implementation of Talkwalker’s new HRIS system, ADP.
