Educating Employees on Sexual Harassment Compliance
Kite Hill is a strategic communications firm headquartered in New York City
with a high-touch, integrated approach to communications.
Kite Hill enlisted Cheer Partners to ensure the company was legally compliant with new Sexual Harassment laws pertaining to New York State and New York City, specifically.
Cheer Partners developed a 90-minute, interactive training program that properly educated all employees about Sexual Harassment laws, harassment, and discrimination. This training was put into the context of unconscious bias
training and how to create a culture of inclusion.
Kite Hill is up-to-date on the latest legislation, as well as informed on sensitivity and Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. They have engaged Cheer Partners for retained learning and development programming on an ongoing basis.
A Fortune 25 Health Insurer, Aetna sells traditional and consumer-directed healthcare insurance plans and related services. For this project, we worked with their Transformation Division.
Aetna asked for our assistance in rolling out an innovative yet complex new service to member employees. They required high levels of engagement for a resource that would live on an intranet and be competing with a large amount of data.
We delivered an interactive storyboard using Prezi, walking the employee/member through the story of who/what/how/why/benefits/impact. We worked with the marketing team to upload this successfully on their intranet since they had never worked with Prezi before. Start to finish – 34 days.
Results included 94% engagement, as well as the sales team adapting it for external use. It has become the standard for complex product rollouts as of 5/2018.

Juniper Networks selected Cheer Partners to help drive Diversity & Inclusion in a male-dominated organization.
We revamped Juniper Networks’ approach to hiring with customized content and an improved blind ATS system.
We developed mentorship programs and focus groups to include all diversity employees. We have a TEDx@Juniper happening later this year focusing on inclusion.
There has been an increase in diverse candidates applying to Juniper Networks. Juniper will continue to measure results to shift the culture to be inclusive and encourage active debate.
