Our 5 Point Action Plan includes: Minimizing Unconscious Bias, Increasing the Number of Women in Senior Operating Roles, Measuring and Communicating Progress, Basing Career Progress on Business Results and Performance, Mentoring and Sponsoring Women Consistently. The topic of gender parity is near and dear to our hearts, and will be sharing consistent content on this topic all year long.
