Created an interactive storyboard to walk the audience through the what, why, how and benefits of the new service. We turned this project around in 34 days from start to finish.
Impact
The campaign garnered engagement from 94% of member-employees and was adapted for external use by the sales team. This process has become their corporate standard for all new product rollouts.

Increase the number of diverse employees at this male-dominated organization.
Solution
Developed a strategy to revamp the recruitment and hiring processes, including customized content and an improved blind ATS system. Further supported their diverse workforce with focus groups that led to the creation of new mentorship programs.

Challenge
The Global Media Lead's role was growing, he led a much larger group than before, while the company was navigating challenging issues. He needed the team to be inspired and engaged in the work they were doing, and develop accountability modeling.
Solution
Created an organizational design model to infuse behaviors and accountability our client needed to succeed and meet business objectives. Supported leader with thought leadership, arranged speaking engagements, and a marquis white paper in PR Week; as well as multiple awards.

Audited the wiki page to build an intranet plan. Reviewed vendors and crafted voice and tone guidance. Started with overarching internal communications and engagement strategy, and in one quarter set the foundations to drive long term engagement.
